VI Peels

Peels are customized for your skin type and concerns. They are suitable for all skin colors and the application is painless. Your skin will have an orange hue for 4 hours after the peel, so plan accordingly. Expect downtime due to peeling 3-5 days after application. You will need to avoid sweat inducing exercise for 72 hours. Sunscreen should be worn daily for 2 weeks. Limiting direct sun exposure during this time is ideal. If you have a history of ever having a cold sore, you must contact Aesthetic Rx to be pretreated with an anti-viral prior to having the peel.
